SALE OF YOUR BOAT 

Consists of taking your boat under a simple or exclusive sale mandate, offering it on the second-hand market through various communication channels, with the goal of finding a buyer as quickly as possible. The broker has a role of advice and mediation between the owner and the buyer, in order to lead each party to the conclusion of the transaction. The owner must be sure to receive the funds and the buyer to be able to register and enjoy their boat.

OCTOPUSSS.com takes care of broadcasting your advertisement on national and international websites present in England, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, but also in Switzerland.

OCTOPUSSS is present at river shows, such as the Pardon de Conflans Sainte Honorine, the St Jean de Losne river show, or the Paris Nautic depending on the years, with your boat listing.

Monitoring your file on a national or international clientele, I speak 5 languages.

Visits of serious and pre-selected potential buyers.

OCTOPUSSS takes care of the administrative tasks, the negotiation, the drafting of the preliminary agreement with a potential deposit before the inspection if necessary and the definitive sale act.

Organizes as needed the lifting, the inspection, facilitates the property transfer procedures, road transport quotes or river towing as applicable, and finally an insurance quote for the buyer.

Only a flat fee contribution of 360€ TTC is payable, once until the sale, engaging all efforts from Octopusss to sell your unit. This contribution may be deducted from the sales commission of 5% HT, if sold by Octopusss.

You will specify in the simple sale mandate your desired price (agency fees included FAI Octopusss of 5% HT) which will be displayed on www.octopusss.com and its partners in France and neighboring countries.

As well as your minimum net seller price (what you expect to recover net in your pocket).   The difference is my brokerage commission and the negotiation margin you will leave me to work best for you.

Documents required for the sale of your unit: 

Navigation title, last floating inspection, dry draft plan, a maximum of photos in JPEG format of 2MB max, an unlimited number of photos, invoices, and any useful document for the sale, COT, port fees, mooring location for visits,...

Know that the more complete your file is, the better chances you have and the best selling timelines on your side.
