The sale of your boat involves taking a sales mandate, either simple or exclusive, for your boat in order to offer it on the second-hand market through various communication channels. The goal is to find a buyer as quickly as possible.

The broker acts as an advisor and mediator between the owner and the buyer, ensuring a secure transaction for both parties: the owner ensures they receive the funds and the buyer can register and enjoy their boat.

OCTOPUSSS is also present at river shows (Pardon de Conflans Sainte Honorine, St Jean de Losne river show, Paris Nautic depending on the year) with your boat information sheet.

Follow-up on your file with a national or international clientele: I speak 5 languages.

Flat contribution for advertising

Only a contribution of 360€ VAT included is required, payable once until the sale. This engages Octopusss' diligence to sell your unit, a contribution deductible from the 5% commission excluding tax if the sale is successfully concluded by Octopusss.

Price to be specified in the mandate

In the simple sales mandate, specify:

• The desired price (agency fees included VAT from Octopusss at 5% excluding tax), which will be displayed on www.octopusss.com and its partners.
• Your minimum net selling price (the minimum you wish to recover). The difference will be the brokerage commission and negotiation margin.

Documents required for the sale

• Registration title
• Latest afloat survey
• Sounding plan
• Photos (JPEG, maximum 2MB per photo, unlimited number)
• Invoices and useful documents (COT, port fees, mooring location for visits)
